The hotel is close to subway stations. The staff members are kind and ready to help guests. The rooms are quite clean and i found them to be comfortable. The hotel's proximity to shopping, bars, and diverse restaurants is convenient.
The wifi connection was not stable, made planning activities a bit challenging.

Staff demonstrated kindness and a helpful approach, especially when addressing guest needs. This created a cute atmosphere. They were always available to assist with directions, information, and other requests, which elevated the stay. The service was prompt and efficient.

Excellent location and clean rooms

The location is excellent and very close to the subway station. Shopping is great. There are lots of eating and coffee places nearby. The staff at the front desk were helpful even with some language differences. The hotel allowed us to check in early, superb after our overnight flight.
The breakfast was a bit repetitive.

The room included a comfortable bed and a super clean bathroom. The air conditioning worked perfectly, necessary since it was quite warm outside. A sofa and table made the space very functional.

Staff members were polite and always tried to assist with directions. They were able to help arrange a taxi for us to the airport. Extra water was quickly provided when we asked. The staff was accommodating.

The hotel provides table tennis and foosball. This is great for families. There is a laundry room, though payment is through a mobile payment app. I saw a small fitness area with basic equipment.

The hotel is near two subway stations on different lines. This makes it very convenient. There are several restaurants, like McDonald's and KFC, very close to the hotel. Shopping areas are within walking distance.
